With the new EVO shape it has been able to give a significant structural rigidity and a 15% weight reduction.

The NEW GEN 3 L material has been developed with a clear objective: to increase the level of protection of the rim and to extend the life of the insert itself, without adversely affecting the weight of the insert.

The new material has an enormous ability to absorb shocks and thanks to the addition of an internal reinforcing laminate its structural rigidity, resistance to deformation and stretching improving it by 200%.

With the NEW Panzer EVO shape, the total insert volume has been reduced by 20%, Increased protection in the area with the highest impact exposure and maximum adjustment of the rim insert was achieved without negatively impacting on ease of installation.

These significant changes result in an increase in the air volume inside the tyre, allowing greater freedom in terms of tyre deformation.
