Suspension travel is useless without the right kinematics and we have kept that in mind in the design of the Stumpjumper EVO. With what we learned in the development of the Enduro and with over 1000 hours of field and laboratory testing, we greatly improved pedaling and created the feeling of ability, efficiency and liveliness that everyone appreciates. We’ve increased the anti-squat so that the suspension resists the bobbing better, and we’ve also improved shock absorption on sharp obstacles. In a nutshell, the Stumpjumper goes down with complete control and rises with agility.
The "S-Sizing" geometry of the Stumpjumper EVO is the most progressive. Long, low, relaxed, short offset fork, a steeper column-make you pedal better. But the perfect geometry can be different for different bikers, that’s why for the Stumpjumper EVO you can adjust it to six different positions. Not only can you raise the bottom bracket by 10mm, you can also adjust the steering angle up to two degrees. Finally, if you like mullet, for the Stumpjumper EVO you can mount the 27.5" wheel on the rear in combination with the 29" front.
